Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Site Use
This website is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy, or distribute our website content, images, or code without express written permission.
Bookings and Payments
Retainer — A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until this is received.
Balance — The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the session.
Cancellations — If you cancel your session, the retainer is non-refundable. It compensates for the reserved time that could have been booked by another client.
Rescheduling — You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. The retainer will transfer to the new date. Short-notice rescheduling may incur an additional fee or the loss of your retainer.
Payment Methods — We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and Zelle. Card payments incur a processing fee; Zelle payments do not.
Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery — Your edited gallery will be delivered digitally within 3 weeks of your session date.
Rush Delivery — If you purchase the rush delivery add-on, your gallery will be delivered within 7 days.
Formats — Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format via a secure online gallery. We do not provide RAW or unedited files under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property
Copyright — Karen Granja retains the copyright to all images captured during your session.
Client Usage — You receive a personal use license. You may download, print, and share the images on personal social media accounts. You may not sell the images, enter them into competitions, or use them for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Photographer Usage — By booking, you grant Karen Granja permission to use the images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs, Karen Granja's liability for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver photographs (including due to equipment failure or force majeure) is strictly limited to the return of all payments received for the session package.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
